How to Make Garlic Milk (Simple & Soothing)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1–2 small garlic cloves (crushed)
- Optional: ½ tsp honey for taste (after cooling slightly)
Instructions:
- Crush the garlic cloves and add them to the milk in a small pot.
- Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to remove garlic bits.
- Let it cool to a comfortable temperature.
- Add honey (optional) and enjoy slowly, preferably in the evening.
How to Make It:
